Materialize Textile Art

Hi, I’m Susie. I’m a maker and textile artist. I’ve created this little online shop, Materialize, to sell my work, which falls under the big umbrella of “stuff for things that matter”.  I create materials for use in sacred spaces and ceremonies,  including in churches and at home.    I love to use textiles to help us hold the memories of people who have gone before us and I’m building a collection of memorial art. RAINBOW STOLES

Bright colours and lively patterns reflect the vision of a diverse and welcoming faith community.  These are stoles for celebrations, services of remembrance, Pride and protests! Each stole is named after a colour of the rainbow.

SEASON OF CREATION STOLES

The Season of Creation is a global ecumenical celebration of prayer and action to protect our renew and restore all our relations and the Earth starting each year on 1 September and finishing on the feast of St Francis, 4 October.
